This policy explains what personal data PrettyLittleExtras collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and what your rights are. It is written to comply with UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. Who we are
PrettyLittleExtras (Live Laser Lab) is a UK live event engraving and personalised gifting business operated by Saunia. You can contact us at hello@prettylittleextras.com or on Instagram at @prettylittleextras_.
2. What data we collect
- From the enquiry form: your name, telephone number, email address (if you give it), the service you need, your event or required date, the venue or location and its postcode, guest or item numbers, the products you are interested in and your message.
- From emails you send us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- From your visit: analytics information such as pages viewed, time on site, device type and approximate location. We only collect this if you accept analytics cookies.
3. Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To arrange and deliver any booking or order you make with us.
- To understand how people use the website so we can improve it.
4. Our lawful basis (UK GDPR Article 6)
- Enquiries and bookings: our legitimate interest in responding to your message, and the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.
- Analytics cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the button in the Cookies section below.
5. How long we keep your data
- Enquiry data: up to 2 years from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you make a booking we keep the records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.
- Analytics data: kept according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics 4.
- Your cookie choice: remembered on your device for 12 months, then we ask again.
6. Who we share it with
- Netlify hosts this website and processes the enquiry form submissions you send us.
- Namecheap hosts our business email, so enquiry notifications and emails you send us pass through their service.
- Google provides the email service where we receive and read enquiries, and Google Analytics 4 for website analytics (analytics only with your consent).
These providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards for international transfers. We never sell your personal data, and we only share it with the providers above so that we can run our service.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- ask us to delete your data
- object to how we are using it
- withdraw your consent at any time
To use any of these rights, email hello@prettylittleextras.com and we will reply within one month.
8. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies unless you accept analytics cookies in the banner that appears on your first visit. The site works exactly the same whether you accept or reject. We remember your choice using your browser’s local storage, which is not a cookie and is not shared with anyone.

9. Complaints
If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top whenever we do.
